The design is carried out according to the individual requirements of the Customer on modern high-power computing clusters using verified mathematical models of fluid hydrodynamics in the flow parts of the designed pump. In this case, three-dimensional differential Navier-Stokes equations with a large number of geometric constraints of the flow part of the pump are solved.

High accuracy of the calculations is ensured by:

• verification of all received data

• development of own calculation methods
• application of analytical methods of calculations
• continuous optimization of calculation models

The material execution of the pump parts, during its design, is selected taking into account the physical and chemical properties of the pumped medium, from a wide range of possible materials, and is agreed upon with the Customer.
