The REEF HYDRO Service Center provides its customers with a wide range of services:
- Maintenance
- supply of original spare parts
- warranty repair
- post-warranty repair
- installation and commissioning
Repair of pumping equipment is possible both on the territory of the enterprise and on the territory of the customer, with the departure of specialists of the service center. After repair, the pump performance characteristics are confirmed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9906 for the first accuracy class, with the determination of the actual performance indicators of the equipment (such as flow, pressure, efficiency, power, etc.).
Warranty maintenance of pumping equipment of our own production is carried out in agreement with the customer within the framework of warranty obligations, with the exception of the detection of mechanical damage or interference with the design.
Subject to the conclusion of the contract, the Service Center also provides post-warranty services.
Carrying out warranty and post-warranty service is carried out both on the territory of the customer and at the manufacturing plant.
The Service Center, along with repair and warranty service, performs commissioning with a visit to the customer’s facilities.
The service center has a staffed staff, as well as all the necessary equipment for adjustment and repair.
